Process consists of research and definition, ideation, prototype and test phases. Research was conducted to gain better understanding about the target audience and help define the problem. Ideation process helped brainstorm and list possible solutions. Selected ideas from ideation phase were developed into concrete prototypes and presented to the group of target audience for an evaluation. Testing and Evaluation
Evaluation method
User evaluation was conducted with six people with following procedure:
– Conducted an interview with selected group of people about PMA system
– Asked them to use PMA Mobile App Prototype
– Asked them to provide oral feedback and comments about PMA system and PMA Mobile App
– Asked them to fill questionnaire (System Usability Scale) about PMA system and PMA Mobile App

RESULTS
Qualitative Feedback
– alerts for medication side effects is needed
– accessibility settings for color blind and elders (larger text, invert color) is needed
– more contrast is needed on active states of buttons and tabs
– icon and graphs need to be refined on weekly report screens
– hierarchy of UI elements needs to be improved

Quantitative: System Usability Scale
The participants' scores were interpreted which gave average score of 85 and percentile rank of 95% (A). Score and percentage can be interpreted as users are more likely to be recommending the product to a friend.
